These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
Marina Tails offers a comprehensive range of professional dog grooming services including, but not limited to, bathing, brushing, styling, de-shedding treatments, nail trimming and paw care, ear cleaning, dental hygiene services, aromatherapy and spa treatments for dogs, puppy grooming introductions, breed-specific styling, creative grooming (coloring, stenciling), and pet daycare add-on options. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our platform or upon request.
3. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments: All grooming and daycare services require prior booking. Availability is subject to scheduling and staffing.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notification may be charged the full service fee.
4. Pet Health and Safety
- Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on their required vaccinations (e.g., Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella) for their safety and the safety of other pets and our staff. Proof of vaccination may be required.
- Health Disclosure: Owners must inform Marina Tails of any existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral issues their pet may have prior to any service. This includes skin conditions, recent surgeries, or sensitivities.
- Aggressive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a threat to our staff or other animals due to aggressive behavior. Additional charges may apply for pets requiring extra handling due to temperament.
- Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during a service, Marina Tails will attempt to contact the owner. If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek immediate veterinary attention at the owner's expense.
5. Pricing and Payments
Service prices are listed on our platform or can be provided upon consultation. Prices may vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and specific service requests. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Marina Tails takes utmost care and precaution in providing grooming and daycare services, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or unforeseen reactions during or after grooming, provided all reasonable care and standard industry practices were followed. Owners acknowledge the inherent risks associated with pet grooming and animal interaction. Marina Tails assumes no responsibility for collars, leashes, or other personal items left with your pet.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Marina Tails or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
